What needed to work better

Resume writing, matching a resume to a vacancy, and preparing a cover letter are normally separate tasks. The product experience needed a straightforward journey that makes those tasks feel connected rather than overwhelming.

How we approached the experience

The interface organizes the experience around a resume workspace and adjacent career tools. Attention was given to clear feature navigation, reusable resume information, actionable feedback, and a usable interface on different screen sizes.
